Fascias carry your gutters and close off the ends of the rafters, and soffits close the gap underneath. When old timber boards rot, the gutters sag, water gets into the rafter ends and birds and pests can get into the roof.
We strip out the old boards, check the rafter feet and repair any rot, then fit new UPVC fascias, soffits and bargeboards with new gutters and downpipes. The result is a clean, low-maintenance roofline that never needs painting.

Fascias & soffits questions
Do you cap over the old boards or replace them?
We prefer to replace them. Capping over rotten timber hides the problem; stripping the old boards out lets us check and repair the rafter ends first.
Will I need scaffolding?
It depends on the height and access. We use ladders, towers or scaffolding where necessary, and include it in your estimate.
Can you do the gutters at the same time?
Yes. New fascias and gutters go together, so we fit new UPVC gutters and downpipes as part of the job.
