Rottingdean is about four miles east of our base along the A259 coast road. We cover the village and its neighbours: Saltdean, Ovingdean and Woodingdean up on the hill.

The old village has flint cottages, clay tiled roofs and chimneys that need careful, like-for-like repairs, while Saltdean and Woodingdean are mostly bungalows and houses where we do tiled roof repairs, flat roofs, fascias, soffits and new guttering. Sitting on the cliffs, all of them get the full force of storms off the sea.
